Note on Roman Reigns's Universal Championship run, next feud
Roman Reigns was originally planned to have a short run with the Universal Championship. It was unclear who would become champion after him, however. A feud with Daniel Bryan is apparently in the works, likely when Bryan returns to TV. (Source: WON, Wrestling Observer Radio)
We say: Reigns vs. Bryan is gonna be must-watch television, and it was definitely a good idea to not push through with a short Reigns... reign. That would've been the last thing the Tribal Chief character and SmackDown itself needed.
The final addition to Team SmackDown
Big E is likely to be the fifth member of the SmackDown men's Survivor Series team. They were supposed to add him in a qualifier last week, but the match was cut due to time. The Survivor Series lineups were reportedly decided on weeks ago. (Source: Fightful Select)
We say: Good to see they're not forgetting about him completely. We're still waiting on that Big E push we were promised.
Murphy to get his first name back?
Murphy has renamed his Twitter account to "Buddy Murphy." However, his WWE.com profile still doesn't have the first name. He may likely get it soon after the match against Seth Rollins. Murphy lost his first name back in February.
We say: Good for him, and at least it could be explained as something he lost after becoming a disciple to Rollins.
