Kurt Angle is expected back on RAW soon:
- Kurt Angle is scheduled to appear on the post-WrestleMania RAW in Orlando. He will be inducted into the Hall of Fame that weekend, and while it isn't confirmed yet what role he'll be taking on, RAW General Manager Mick Foley is set to leave the show to undergo hip surgery. Angle may be assuming his role. Angle had a stint as the General Manager of SmackDown back in 2004 after WrestleMania XX. (Source: PWInsider)
We say: We totally wouldn't be opposed to this. Whether he'll be a fighting General Manager remains to be seen (and is also a terrible idea, storyline-wise), but this less demanding role be a good thing for his health.
- There are early talks within TNA of signing Rey Mysterio after his two-season Lucha Underground deal expires. The deal runs out after the full second season has been aired, and it's set to finish airing by the end of 2017. Rey can sign with TNA and appear for them six months after the second season finishes airing. (Source: Wrestling Observer Radio)
We say: Just go to Japan, Rey.
