    #ThemeSongTuesday (8/9/16): #GLORIOUSBOMB

    Who is Bobby Roode?

For those who follow up that question with “No, seriously. I don’t know who he is”, Bobby Roode was a long time household name in TNA, working through 12 years and several championship reigns before making his official WWE debut on the August 3rd episode of NXT. The longest reigning TNA World Heavyweight Champion has had quite a few singles and tag team theme songs under his belt, but for #ThemeSongTuesday this week, we wipe that slate clean to make way for his first official WWE theme.

Whether it’s the jubilant Queen-like choir hook, the grungier contrasting riffs in between, or the 80’s metal guitar solos that tie them together, Glorious Domination will most likely be the most brilliantly cheesy piece of music to get stuck in your head all year.

The most prominent CFO$ musical sin is still present in its core; repetitive loops of the chorus and verses with little to no variation wear the theme out after a few replays. But in those few replays you’re exposed to the Bobby Roode that WWE wants you to see. With Glorious Domination, CFO$ has successfully built up the game-changing superstar without having his decorated TNA past to build on.

We need Bobby Roode at WrestleMania one day just so we can hear this theme performed by a live choir and fireworks for possibly the grandest, most glorious WrestleMania moment of all-time.
What do you think of Bobby Roode's official debut theme? Let us know in the comments below if you feel the same as Samoa Joe does:

When he isn't writing Smark Henry's #ThemeSongTuesday column, Lorenzo Magnaye hosts the #HomeRun on 99.5 PlayFM. It's a good thing, too, since his childhood consisted mostly of watching professional wrestling and listening to his parents on the radio. He's only recently rekindled his love for the WWE, and has been trying to make up for missing out on everything post-WrestleMania XX by praying to Seth Rollins thrice a day.
