Welcome to the Grapevine! This section of Smark Henry is where we round up all the founded and unfounded rumors abound the pro wrestling scene that you may have missed over the week. Remember to take everything with a grain of salt!

- It looks like John Morrison fka Johnny Impact fka Johnny Mundo aka Johnny Survivor is headed back to WWE. Other than that, there's no update yet on when and where in the WWE's brands he is set to return, but it should be soon. He last appeared for Impact Wrestling at Slammiversary XVII. We say: While this news is going to excite a good number of fans, we're not quite sure where Morrison is going to fit in the WWE's ridiculously stacked roster. All you have to do is take a look at how former Impact guys like Bobby Lashley and EC3 have been used despite being signed off their name value, and see how this might not be such a good idea for Johnny. That said, we could see him help hold down NXT the way Bobby Robert Roode did a couple of years ago.
- 205 Live's future is apparently up in the air with SmackDown Live's move to Friday nights on FOX. Right now the plan for the show is to air it on Friday nights after SmackDown, but a move to cancel it altogether or keeping it on Tuesday nights are being considered. Triple H and the NXT team have officially taken control of the show's creative, which explains why more cruiserweights from NXT have been appearing as of late, and vice versa. We say: Now that NXT is two hours, it might be okay to cancel 205 Live and move all cruiserweight proceedings to the black and yellow brand. It would open up the rest of the cruiserweights not competing for the Cruiserweight Championship to go for the shallow NXT tag team division.
- FOX reportedly wants Bray Wyatt and the Fiend on SmackDown Live. However, this idea may encounter some resistance as RAW executive director Paul Heyman is very high on the Fiend and obviously wants to keep him on the red brand. We'll see what the final decision is come the WWE Draft on October 11. (Source: @Wrestlevotes on Twitter)
