    * Kickoff Show - Six-Man Tag Team Match: Tye Dillinger and Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) defeated Mojo Rawley, Shelton Benjamin, and Chad Gable
    - Dillinger pinned Rawley

    1. Shinsuke Nakamura def. Rusev after a Kinshasa
    2. United States Championship: Randy Orton def. Bobby Roode via an RKO counter to a Hail Mary top-rope move to win the title
    - After the match, Jinder Mahal attacked Orton. Roode made the save with a Glorious DDT on Mahal, but he also attacked Orton as well with the same move.
    3. Natalya and Carmella def. Naomi and Becky Lynch
    - Carmella pinned Lynch after a superkick
    4. SmackDown Tag Team Championship: The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) vs. The Usos (Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso) (c) went to a no contest
    - The Bludgeon Brothers attack both teams midway into the match
    * Backstage, WWE Champion AJ Styles was interviewed by Renee Young about his title defense later on. Shinsuke Nakamura then came in, but Styles issued a message to the 2018 Men's Royal Rumble winner.
    5. SmackDown Women's Championship: Charlotte Flair def. Ruby Riott via the Figure 8 submission to retain her title
    - After the match, Asuka went face-to-face with the champion and officially challenged Flair for the title at WrestleMania 34!
    6. WWE Championship - Six-Pack Challenge: AJ Styles def. Baron CorbinKevin OwensDolph ZigglerSami Zayn and John Cena to retain his title
    - Styles pinned owens after a Phenomenal Forearm
