    • Plus: John Sebastian in action

Here's how the show went down.

    Pre-Show Match #1: The Kakaibros (Kh3Ndrick & Mh4rckie) vs. Dax Xaviera & Bolt

Kh3Ndrick introduced the second Kakaibro, Mh4rckie, while Dax Xaviera went with the Anime-zing Fighter, Bolt, in lieu of the injured Dan Ericson.

Bolt took much of the punishment from Kh3Ndrick and Mh4rckie, before Xaviera was able to tag in to turn things around. Xaviera and Bolt eventually picked up the win with a leg sweep/running kick combination.

Winner: Dax Xaviera and Bolt via pinfall

    Pre-Show Match #2: Vintend0 vs. McKata

McKata returned to action at PWR Renaissance, squaring off against the Fighting Gamer in pre-show action. Both men traded hard-hitting moves, with McKata hitting a Throwback to win.

After the match, McKata was assaulted by an angry Vintend0, who hit the High Score before choking him out.

    Winner: McKata via pinfall

    Main Show

    Mahabang Usapan with Ralph Imabayashi

Ralph Imabayashi and Rederick Mahaba kicked off the PWR Renaissance main show, explaining their recent actions over the last few PWR shows. They called out the Revo-Nation for not being doers, while continuing to push their mantra of #RespectProWrestling.

Before they could leave the ring, however, Mr. Sy announced that Rederick Mahaba would be having a match this afternoon, prompting Zayden Trudeau to come out!

Match #1: Rederick Mahaba vs. Zayden Trudeau

The Canadian Dragon showed some spunk in this match, hitting the bigger Mahaba with a series of varied kicks. Mahaba, for his part, tried to ground the upstart Trudeau with some heavy slams.

A critical error by Trudeu allowed Mahaba enough time to lock in the Jaccolade, picking up the submission victory. Afterwards, Imabayashi and Mahaba continued to attack Trudeau and the PWR crew, forcing Mr. Sy to ban Mahaba from ringside in tonight's main event match for the PWR Championship.

    Winner: Rederick Mahaba via submission

Match #2: The Deadly Sinns (Mike Madrigal & Vlad Sinnsyk) vs. Punk Dolls (Robynn and Martivo)

After some back and forth action to kick things off. Madrigal and Sinnsyk dominated for most of the match. The Deadly Sinns superbly cut off Robynn from any rest she could get by constantly taking out Martivo on the apron.

The Deadly Sinns looked to have put it away after Sinnsyk hit  a Muscle Buster on Robynn, but some miscommunication between the two led to Robynn rolling up Madrigal for the victory.

    Winner: Punk Dolls via pinfall

Match #3: John Sebastian vs. Brad Cruz

The Wrestling Lord and Savior got on the mic before his match, complaining about his lack of involvement in the PWR Championship scene and continuing his verbal war with Mr. Sy. Sebastian challenged anyone in the PWR locker room who thinks they can handle him to come out, prompting the debut of one Brad Cruz.

The newcomer Cruz put up a spirited fight and certainly made an impression on the Revo-Nation, but Sebastian showed his vast experience with a swift Killshot for the win.

Afterwards, Sebastian did not relent on his assault, forcing the PWR ringside crew to drag him out of the ring.

    Winner: John Sebastian via pinfall

Match #4: Ken Warren & PWR Tag Team Champions The YOLO Twins (Yohann & Logan Ollores) vs. The Network (James "Idol" Martinez, Alexander Belmonte III & PHX Champion "Golden Boy" Chino Guinto)

Showboating from both teams to kick off the match, with Idol and Guinto constantly trying to one-up each other. Mr. Financially Stable Belmonte took a lot of punishment from Warren and the Twins, although he was eventually able to tag in Guinto. Idol, on the other hand, seemed uninterested in getting into the match, even getting a chair up on the apron for him to sit on.

The finish saw Guinto hit the Gold Digger on Warren, but Idol tagged in right before the pinfall, causing further discord between the men in green. Belmonte, and then Guinto, left Idol in the ring, leaving him easy prey for Ken Warren and the YOLO Twins to pounce on.

After the match, Warren paraded around with the PHX Championship, but Guinto and Belmonte eventually came charging in to rescue the Network head honcho. They paid their foes back with Belmonte and Idol clutching the Tag Team Championship belts, and the rift between the Network has seemingly healed for now.

Winner: Ken Warren and the YOLO Twins via pinfall

Match #5: "Ruthless" Miguel Rosales (w/ Joey Bax) vs. Peter Versoza

P to the V was in control for most of the match, using his size advantage to ground Rosales. A  ring-shaking superplex swung things the Fighter 4 Hire's way, and from there Rosales took his foe to the well-known Barangay Suplex. Before the match could end, though, John Sebastian ran in and attacked Bax and Rosales, causing the disqualification.

Things turned even more chaotic in the after math as the former Royal Flush pair wouldn't let up their assault, forcing PWR crew to get involved once more. Both teams continued to brawl around the ring, even getting Mr. Sy and several members of the Revo-Nation involved at several points. Sebastian had to be carried away by crew to prevent any further attacks from happening.

    Winner: Miguel Rosales via disqualification

Match #6: Trian Dela Torre vs. The Apocalypse

Trian Dela Torre's height disadvantage was mitigated by his tenacity, as he took the fight to the Apocalypse on more than one occasion. PWR's nightmare fuel grew frustrated as Dela Torre continued to outwit him, and was eventually disqualified when he wouldn't let go of his choke on Dela Torre.

As an ailing Dela Torre was carried to the back by his GrabCamus, Apocalypse took the mic and challenged him to an All Out War match on the next show!

Winner: Trian Dela Torre via disqualification

Match #7—PWR Championship #1 Contender's Match: "Beautiful" Billy Suede vs. SANDATA

Fresh off a missed opportunity to become PWR Champion, the Beautiful one looked dominant early on, using his veteran savvy to keep SANDATA down for most of the time. The Pinoy Tecnico did not relent, however, fighting back with his hard-hitting strikes and submissions.

Suede dug into his back of dirty tricks again, prompting an enraged Mr. Sy to storm down the ring to confront the challenger. The ensuing chaos resulted in SANDATA accidentally hitting the PWR GM, allowing Suede the opportunity to lock in his Canadian Maple Leaf (rolling single leg crab) for the tapout victory. Suede gets another shot at the PWR Championship in the near future.

Winner: "Beautiful" Billy Suede via submission

Match #8—Triple Threat Match for the PWR Championship: Ralph Imabayashi vs. "The Senyorito" Jake De Leon vs. Chris Panzer (c)

All three men brought their very best for the PWR Championship, and it was evenly-contested affair for the most part. Imabayashi furthered his claim as the best pure wrestler in PWR, while De Leon displayed the pedigree that comes with being a two-time PWR Champion. And of course, Panzer continued to show why he rightfully sits as your PWR Champion.

Midway through the match, a masked man ran in to cause some chaos, and was eventually revealed to be none other than Rederick Mahaba. De Leon and Panzer capitalized on the chaos, taking to the air to send Mahaba packing. The finish saw the Senyorito clinch the Inasal Lock on Imabayashi, only for Panzer to come soaring at them with an Eagle Splash for the successful title defense.

Winner, and STILL PWR Champion: Chris Panzer

That's all we've got for you from the Playland, folks! What did you think of this year's Renaissance? Do you think Chris Panzer is in trouble with Billy Suede chasing down his PWR Championship? And do you think the rift in The Network is finally healed? What do you think is the long game for John Sebastian?
